Google review requests, by email and QR code

Reviews are one of the main levers of local ranking, and most satisfied customers never think of leaving one. Locametra gives you two simple ways to ask: an email, and a poster with a QR code.

A request by email

Paste the email addresses of recent customers, one per line, and Locametra sends each of them a short message with your Google review link. A daily limit and a 90-day rule prevent you from writing to the same person twice by mistake.

A poster for your counter

Locametra generates a one-page PDF with a QR code that leads straight to your Google review page. Print it for the counter, the window or your invoices. The code points directly to your review link, so the poster keeps working whatever happens to your account.

No filtering of unhappy customers

Every customer receives the same link to Google. Locametra does not send unhappy customers to a private form and happy ones to Google: that practice, called review gating, is against Google's rules.

What you get

  • Review requests by email, in English or French
  • A printable QR code poster (PDF)
  • A history of requests sent
  • Safeguards against repeated requests

Questions

Where do I find my Google review link?

In your Google Business Profile, open “Ask for reviews” and copy the link. Paste it once in Locametra.

Can I send requests to people who are not my customers?

No. Before each send you confirm that the recipients are your customers and reasonably expect a message from you.

How many requests can I send?

There is a daily limit, shown on screen with what you have already used. It protects your sender reputation and your customers' inboxes.
